Notable achievements include driving significant sales growth, launching successful products, improving profitability, and implementing strategic initiatives across different regions.
Beyond his professional endeavors, he actively engages in additional responsibilities such as serving as an Honorary Consul General for Sri Lanka, acted as Board Member for Crown CRO Oy, CareCare Oy and so on.

Elias Haapakorva
Elias Haapakorva brings a diverse background to his role as a Board Member of Feicon, with expertise in molecular biology, business management, and strategic consulting within the healthcare sector.
In his professional roles, Haapakorva has managed large-scale strategic projects, overseen consulting services for medical devices, and played instrumental roles in business development and value-based management. His experience includes leadership positions at Labquality Oy and Kasve Oy, where he demonstrated proficiency in financial management, business administration, and personnel management.
Throughout his career, Elias has held significant management positions and contributed to various organizations and demanding business development projects. Prior to his current position as M&A Integration Director at Labquality Oy, he has acted as the Chairman of the Board and main owner for Kasve Oy, a healthcare business development organization acquired by Labquality Oy. Elias Haapakorva’s board memberships and advisory roles with organizations such as Ravistamo Oy, Biosafe – Biological Safety Solution Oy, Kuopio Health Oy, Terveysteknologia ry, among others, reflect his active engagement in industry networks and his ability to foster strategic partnerships.
