User and Marketing Register of the Online Service
The legal basis for the processing of personal data under the EU General Data Protection Regulation is the data subject’s consent (documented, freely given, specific, informed, and unambiguous). The purpose of processing personal data is the maintenance of the customer relationship, marketing, and development of services.
No data is used for automated decision-making or profiling.
The data stored in the register may include: website addresses, IP address of the network connection, identifiers/profiles in social media services, organisation and contact details, information on subscribed services and changes thereto, and other information related to the customer relationship and subscribed services.
We store user data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes defined above, in accordance with the legislation in force at any given time. IP addresses of website visitors and cookies necessary for the functions of the service are processed on the basis of legitimate interest, e.g., to ensure information security and for the collection of statistical data on site visitors, in cases where they can be considered personal data. Consent for third-party cookies is requested separately when necessary.
The data stored in the register is obtained from the customer through messages sent via online forms, by e-mail, by telephone, via social media services, from agreements, customer meetings, and other situations in which the customer provides their information. Information on contact persons of companies and other organisations may also be collected from public sources such as websites, directory services, and other companies.
The website uses Google Analytics and other analytics tools to generate reports on the use of our website so that we can improve our site and service. More information on Google Analytics is available at http://www.google.com/analytics. You can opt out of Google Analytics data collection by downloading a browser add-on from https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
Data is not regularly disclosed to other parties. Data may be published to the extent agreed with the customer. As a rule, we do not transfer data outside the EU or EEA. Data is not transferred to the United States without the explicit consent of the data subjects.
Care is exercised in the processing of the register, and data processed via information systems is appropriately protected. When register data is stored on internet servers, the physical and digital data security of the hardware is ensured appropriately. The data controller ensures that stored data, server access rights, and other information critical to the security of personal data are treated confidentially and only by employees whose job description includes such tasks.
Every person in the register has the right to check the data stored about them and to request the correction of any inaccurate data or the completion of incomplete data. If a person wishes to check their stored data or request its rectification, the request must be sent in writing to the data controller. The data controller may, if necessary, request the person making the request to prove their identity. The data controller will respond to the customer within the time frame set in the EU General Data Protection Regulation (as a rule, within one month).
A person in the register has the right to request the erasure of their personal data from the register (“right to be forgotten”). Similarly, data subjects have other rights under the EU General Data Protection Regulation, such as the restriction of personal data processing in certain situations. Requests must be sent in writing to the data controller. The data controller may, if necessary, request the person making the request to prove their identity. The data controller will respond to the customer within the time frame set in the EU General Data Protection Regulation (as a rule, within one month).
